If you are looking for a quiet place, healthy, clean and with many amenities. ICO Mayfield is the perfect place. I have been living peacefully in this complex for 2 years and I have just renewed for our third year. So I recommend it with your eyes closed.

I moved here from Arizona about 3 months ago, and I’ve had a seriously positive experience. The staff has been so friendly and accommodating. Moving in was easy straightforward, maintenance is speedy and punctual, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I definitely look forward to staying here long term.

The management and staff are terrific. Very quick responses and resolutions to ANY issues. The community is composed of mostly quiet professionals. Only a few families so its typically quiet all the time.

We have been living here going on three years and plan on staying. To say we love it is an understatement. The grounds keepers are SO nice, truly like Erik. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. What problems we have had (all normal) have always been taken care of right away. Love the amenities and how clean everything is around here! Thank you Mayfield for making this feel like home.

This is such a beautiful apartment complex. I toured a few different apartments and they are all spacious and modern. The grounds are also kept impeccably. Look no further! This is a wonderful place to call home!

I have lived in many states and have dealt with a lot of property management companies. Mayfield was definitely at the top of my list of favorites. All of the staff were amazing. 2+ years and no major concerns. Maintenance needs handled immediately. Excellent communication. Very clean.Thank you for making this easy to call home.

Just moved in and I love this place. My 1 bedroom apartment is large, beautiful, and spacious and having a garage is great especially with winter coming. The community is beautiful and very well maintained. The entire staff has been amazing and helpful.

Absolutely loved living here. The top floor had wonderful vaulted ceilings, location was great, and we loved the amenities. Chelsea, Carrie and Heather were all wonderful as well! It was sad to say goodbye to this great location.

Really glad I decided on ICO Mayfield. Since arriving here the staff have been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Their level of professionalism is only matched by their great personalities and down to earth staff. In particular Heather London. Not only was Heather eloquent and resourceful, but her thoughtfulness was way above the mark. Between her and the Manager, Carrie, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice here.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so peaceful that I felt like I was back home.The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. Heather was knowledgeable and very welcoming. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

Beautiful floor plans and incredible amenities. They respond to work orders the same day and have a fabulous staff to assist residents. Plus ample parking for all our vehicles. Love being a part of this community.

Love my apartment! I love the grounds too. So pretty. Nice, friendly staff. They were very attentive to the repair I needed. I'm very happy to live in a place that cares for their residents!

Beautiful! This is such an amazing place to live! The grounds keeper is suck an person and the other employees as well I’ve never lived in a place that actually cares so much about you and your pet I have a Boston Terrier who loves the pet plaza and the play room that’s connected to the gym makes it easy for moms to work out! I love this place even the neighbors are amazing. Way worth the price.

Ohhhh-Kay where to even begin?! This is an amazing community! I’m a huge stress ball and signing a lease was soooo nerve wracking for me. Heather is AMAZING! She literally walked me through everything and made me feel 100% welcome and part of this beautiful neighborhood. I’m never moving ever.

Kandace was super friendly and outgoing. Didn’t pressure anything. Gave her insights of moving in and really was just down to earth. She has great people skills and really cares for any future resident if all of your employees are like her you guys are done well. Really enjoyed my visit!!!

It was a great experience touring these apartments! They have a great modern feel and the amenities are awesome! After touring a couple different apartments, I appreciated how genuine the property managers were. They didn't seem to be hiding anything and they were so great to work with. I'm excited to move in!

This apartment complex is awesome. it seems like they change management a good amount but i haven't had any issues with any of the new management. Everyone always seems very well trained and helpful with issues. There have been a few times where something in our apartment needed fixing or replacing, but the maintenance crew gets it done very quickly. The grounds are always clean and everything. My wife and i have lived here now for 2 and half years and we don't see any reason to move soon. You should forsure come check this place out!
